Performance and Design:
Brush units are used for washing, pre-drying, drying and waxing fruits and vegetables, and each application requires special brushes according to the product’s features.

The structure and mechanical parts guarantee hygene and safety and the innovative potency transmission system assures cleanliness and safety of the product, the personnel and the unit.

When used for washing, the spray system , together with the brushes’action, eliminate impurities adhered to the product’s surface and if desired, a liquid soap applicator can also be installed in the unit.

The drying process is very important because it eliminates the product’s excess humidity that can cause the presence of bacteria hazardous to the health.

Waxing, consists of applying a coat of wax on the surface of produce, not only to improve its appearance, but to maximize shelf life by reducing moisture loss by evaporation, in approximately 40%. A low volume pump is installed , with applicators that distribute the wax along the width of the unit and the brushes cover the product completely guaranteeing shine and conservation.
