Intralox belts and chains are made of plastic modules; the belts are coupled with normal length, highly resistant articulated rods.
Intralox created this technology in 1973, being the most experienced company in design and application of plastic modular conveyor belts in the market.
These belts can be ordered in practically any width or length, in different styles and in serial widths that comply with industrial standards.
The pushers and lateral railings can be fastened with the articulated plastic rods, becoming an integral part of the band. They never stick or unfasten like other belt options.
The direct transmission and allignment systems maintain an adequate alignment of the band, reducing maintenance, energy consumption and costs.
There are more than 400 available combinations of styles, material and colors to satisfy any application.
Intralox molds all bands and accesories at its plant, having a large inventory (almost 50 million of parts available) to satisfy normal and urgent orders.

Straight running and slide flexing belts or chains:
All intralox belts can be used for straight running , side flexing and chain applications. Raised Rib Intraflex 2000, series 2200 Flush Grid and series 2400 Flush Grid are designed for radius applications.Radius chains include the series 3000 Knuckle chain and the series 4000 radius chains.
