The Vicar cucumber wrapper machine by Ferba, plastifies cucumbers and similar produce so they can reach the final consumer in perfect conditions, maintaining their original freshness for a longer time.

It can be installed alone or integrated into a complete packing line, depending on the customers needs.The complete installation can have a feeder, weight or size sorter,box feeder, etc. that help in selection and manipulation.

Materials:
Thermoretractable film roll, special oil (food-oil) for high temperatures

Use:
Cucumbers decay easily after they are harvested , losing many of their characteristics; by plastifying them, they preserve their freshness for a longer time ,which allows them to be commercialized in international markets.

Performance:
The cucumbers are fed into the wrapper manually or by means of a special wave feeder.
